About the role
Leadway Assurance is looking for dynamic sales agents to promote automobile insurance across PETRO IVOIRE stations in Greater Abidjan. The role involves direct interaction with customers at fuel stations, presenting insurance solutions and closing sales.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers at designated stations.
- Explain the benefits and coverage of automobile insurance policies.
- Collect required documentation and process applications on site.
- Achieve monthly sales targets set by management.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Required profile
- Minimum education level: high school diploma (Terminale).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently.
- Residency in Abidjan or surrounding areas.
Required skills
- Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
