About the role
Wafa Assurance is seeking a Commercial Animator to boost the company’s revenue by managing and energizing its Bancassurance network within the Plateau district of Abidjan. The role focuses on strengthening relationships with partner banks and driving sales performance.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and develop the Bancassurance portfolio across the assigned bank network.
- Provide advice, support and training to bank partners to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Design and lead commercial animation initiatives to motivate the sales force and achieve targets.
Required profile
- Minimum Bac+2 education in Commerce, Management or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in an insurance company, preferably within Bancassurance.
Required skills
- Strong argumentation, reactivity and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop, analyse and monitor action plans and performance dashboards.
- Proficiency in sales force animation techniques.
