About the role
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Assistant de Direction / Secrétaire to join TRABSOU GROUP on a validation internship. The role offers hands‑on experience in administrative management within a fast‑growing multiservice company in Abidjan.
Key responsibilities
- Support senior management in daily operational tasks.
- Handle internal and external communications, including letters, emails and phone calls.
- Organise and coordinate meetings, travel arrangements and professional trips.
- Monitor administrative files and ongoing projects.
- Assist with planning, scheduling and internal event organisation.
- Contribute to the improvement of administrative processes.
Required profile
- Student in the final year of a degree in management, administration or a related field.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English is an advantage.
