Bilingual Project Manager – Construction Projects

About the role

ROSAPARKS is seeking a bilingual (French/English) Project Manager to lead construction projects within its building and public works division. Reporting to the Project Management Department, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and drive construction projects, monitoring schedule, cost and quality.
• Manage technical, administrative and financial aspects throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain detailed execution schedules.
• Coordinate clients, design offices, subcontractors, suppliers and on‑site teams.
• Participate in site meetings and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Identify project risks and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with QHSE (quality, health, safety, environment) standards.
• Prepare and present technical reports and documentation in both French and English.
• Maintain communication with international partners and clients.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (BAC+5) in Civil Engineering, Construction, Project Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing construction projects.
• Strong command of French and English, both spoken and written.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera.
• Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
• Solid knowledge of international construction standards and QHSE requirements.
