About the role

Zipline is looking for a Bilingual Recruiting Partner to support its rapid expansion across Africa, starting in Côte d'Ivoire. You will work closely with hiring managers to design and execute talent acquisition strategies that align with Zipline’s mission of delivering essential goods via autonomous drones.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders in Côte d'Ivoire and other African markets to source, assess, and close top talent.
• Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, providing insights on talent pools, advertising strategies, interview plans, and compensation frameworks.
• Monitor and analyze recruiting funnel metrics—from sourcing to offer acceptance—and adjust tactics based on data-driven insights.
• Provide constructive push‑back on hiring timelines, role levels, and team structures to ensure sustainable growth.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes for new and recurring openings, ensuring a high‑quality candidate experience.
