Payroll Administrative Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a Payroll Administrative Assistant to support our Payroll Manager in Côte d'Ivoire. The role ensures accurate payroll processing, social security contributions, and employee data management for our growing team in Abidjan.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with payroll processing for Côte d'Ivoire employees, including tax withholdings and deductions.
• Monitor and prepare monthly/quarterly statements for social security funds (IPRES, CSS, etc.).
• Maintain up‑to‑date employee records in the HRIS.
• Register new hires on the health‑insurance program and issue administrative documents.
• Record vacations and absences in the HRIS and support payroll control file preparation.
• Collaborate with Human Resources and Finance departments as needed.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of payroll processing experience in Côte d'Ivoire.
• Fluent French and proficient English.
• Strong knowledge of Côte d'Ivoire labour law and payroll administration.

Required skills

• HRIS (Human Resources Information System) proficiency.
