About the role
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to lead the sales of our IT products in Côte d'Ivoire. You will drive growth by acquiring new customers, nurturing existing relationships, and collaborating with marketing, sales, and technical teams to meet company objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new potential clients and develop a pipeline of opportunities.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and proposing suitable solutions.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to uncover growth opportunities.
- Participate in shaping commercial policies and defining sales objectives.
- Coordinate sales projects from initiation to delivery, working closely with internal teams.
- Track project timelines and budgets to ensure compliance.
- Prepare regular sales reports and analyze performance data to recommend improvements.
Required profile
- Master's degree (Bac +5) in business, marketing, management or a related field.
- 5 to 10 years of business development experience, preferably in the IT products sector.
- Results‑oriented, able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
- Strong interpersonal skills, team spirit, initiative and proactivity.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools.
- Experience using project management software.
- Solid understanding of IT products and technological solutions.
