About the role

Ready Study Go International (RSG) is looking for a Commercial Intern to join its Abidjan office. The intern will support both the commercial and administrative teams, helping to maintain strong client relationships and ensure smooth daily operations of the agency.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the commercial and administrative poles with daily tasks.
• Prospect and approach clients and prospects within an assigned geographic area.
• Promote and sell the company’s offers and services.
• Collaborate closely with all agency departments to meet client needs.
• Maintain and update the client and prospect database.
• Welcome, inform, and guide clients visiting the agency.
• Perform necessary administrative tasks to ensure smooth agency activity.

Required profile

• Business school or Bac+2 level education in a related field.
• Knowledge of sales techniques and negotiation.
• Understanding of management and statistics.
• Proficiency with internet, email, and office software tools.
• Strong organizational skills, rigor, and a methodical approach.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, listening, and communication.
• Versatility, adaptability, teamwork, proactivity, and initiative.
• Good writing abilities.
