About the role

The Telecom Project Manager will lead the deployment of active equipment and the construction of telecom infrastructure such as pylons and towers across multiple sites in Côte d'Ivoire. The role ensures that projects are delivered on schedule, meet quality standards, and comply with technical and contractual requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise the installation of active transmission equipment (BTS, FH antenna, GSM antenna, RRU, BBU) on assigned radio sites.
• Manage the erection of telecom pylons and towers, including autostable and haubané structures.
• Guarantee adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality criteria.
• Interface with mobile network operators and equipment manufacturers to align technical specifications.
• Monitor compliance with 2G, 3G, and 4G service delivery requirements.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (BAC+5) in Telecommunications, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the telecom or IT sector.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager on at least two projects covering a minimum of 15 radio sites.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large‑scale equipment deployment and tower construction projects.

Required skills

• Deployment of BTS, FH antenna, GSM antenna, RRU and BBU equipment.
• Construction and commissioning of autostable and haubané telecom pylons/towers.
• Knowledge of 2G, 3G and 4G network technologies.
