About the role

CEFAT Business School (CBS) is expanding its commercial team in Abidjan. The B2B Commercial will promote CBS training programmes to companies, NGOs, health institutions and individuals across Ivory Coast.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and approach enterprises, public administrations, NGOs, health establishments and private clients.
• Promote CBS certification and diploma programmes and generate new business opportunities.
• Follow prospects through the sales cycle until enrollment is confirmed.
• Participate in communication campaigns and promotional events.
• Maintain and grow a client portfolio and provide regular prospecting reports.
• Contribute to achieving the institution’s sales targets.

Required profile

• Degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business Management, Communication or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in service sales, commercial prospecting or marketing (fresh graduates may also apply).
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities, result‑oriented mindset, and willingness to travel.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
