Commercial (E) – Poste en CDD à Abidjan

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Commercial (E) to join our team on a fixed‑term basis in Abidjan. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships and expanding our market presence within the Human Resources sector.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities in the HR market.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve quarterly targets.
• Maintain and leverage an existing network of contacts to generate leads.
• Develop and present tailored proposals to prospective clients.
• Monitor market trends and provide feedback to improve product offering.

Required profile

• Licence (Bac+3) degree or equivalent.
• Minimum five years of proven experience in a commercial or sales role.
• Well‑established address book and ability to exploit it effectively.
• Strong negotiation and prospecting capabilities.
• Result‑oriented, autonomous and excellent relational skills.
