About the role
UMO Interim CI is seeking energetic field sales representatives to expand its client base in the Adzopé region of Côte d'Ivoire. You will work directly with prospects, persuade them to choose the company’s offerings, and grow a sustainable portfolio of customers.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect new businesses and individuals within the designated territory.
- Present and promote products or services to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve assigned targets.
- Maintain and develop existing customer relationships.
- Report daily activities and results to the sales manager.
Required profile
- Minimum Baccalaureate education.
- Previous commercial experience is a plus.
- Excellent presentation and clear speech.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- High motivation, dynamism, and a passion for field work.
- Team spirit, sense of responsibility, and ability to meet sales objectives.
