About the role
The company is launching a large recruitment drive for 400 field sales agents in Côte d'Ivoire. This position focuses on prospecting, convincing and expanding the client portfolio within the Adzopé region.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers in the Adzopé area.
- Present the company’s products or services and negotiate contracts.
- Develop and maintain a strong client portfolio.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and report progress.
- Collaborate with the local sales team to share market insights.
Required profile
- Minimum education: Baccalaureate (high school diploma).
- Previous commercial or sales experience is a plus.
- Excellent presentation and clear speech.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- High motivation, dynamism and a passion for field work.
- Team spirit, sense of responsibility and ability to meet sales objectives.
