About the role
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced female sales professional to join our client’s team in Abidjan. The role is a fixed‑term position focused on expanding and maintaining a client portfolio within the human‑resources consulting sector.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and retain a portfolio of existing clients.
- Prospect new markets and identify business opportunities.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to contract signing.
- Ensure client satisfaction through continuous follow‑up and support.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets set by management.
- Represent the company at partner and client meetings.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (Bac+5) in Commerce, Management, Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum five years of proven experience in a commercial role.
- Extensive address book and an active professional network.
- Strong relational and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work autonomously, with rigor and initiative.
- Professional presentation and excellent oral and written communication skills.
