About the role
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Kitchen Assistant to join our team at Chap Chap Express in Abidjan. You will support daily kitchen operations by assisting with food preparation and ensuring smooth workflow.
Key responsibilities
- Assist chefs in preparing ingredients and dishes according to recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen equipment.
- Support inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of food items.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to meet service deadlines.
Required profile
- At least one prior experience in a kitchen environment.
- Fast, organized, and meticulous in task execution.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team.
- Residence within the Riviera area of Abidjan.
- Strong motivation to learn and grow in the hospitality sector.
Required skills
- Knowledge of HACCP food safety standards.
