Contracts Administrator – Ivory Coast Project

About the role

We are seeking experienced Contracts Administrators to support our new gold mining project in Ivory Coast. Working on a 4‑weeks‑on, 1‑week‑off roster, you will report to the Lead Contracts Administrator and help manage contracts and consultancy agreements throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Provide contract administration and commercial support to the project team.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with company, client, regulatory and contractual requirements.
• Draft site instructions and contract variations, and review construction plans to calculate quantities and costs.
• Register and file all project documentation according to approved procedures.
• Liaise with contractors to obtain progress reports and invoices, verifying claimed progress.
• Offer guidance to site supervisors and construction managers on scope of work and potential variations.

Required profile

• Qualification in law, commerce, business, construction management, engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of contracts administration experience, preferably within an EPCM environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Excellent organisational abilities and capacity to multitask with high accuracy.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
