Lead Top Universe NGO’s expansion and operations in Côte d'Ivoire, driving the mission to democratize technology education across Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage local partnerships with organizations and institutions.
• Oversee program delivery, ensuring quality and impact.
• Recruit, manage, and mentor a local team.
• Develop and execute a country‑specific growth strategy.
• Represent the NGO at local events and in the community.
• Track and report on country‑level metrics and impact.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in operations, program management, or business development.
• Deep understanding of the Ivorian tech and education landscape.
• Proven track record of building and managing teams.
• Strong network in Côte d'Ivoire’s tech ecosystem.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Education, or related field.
