Field Sales Agent – Orange Money / Mobile Money

About the role

The company is launching a large recruitment drive for 400 field sales agents in Côte d'Ivoire. As a Field Sales Agent you will promote Orange Money and other mobile money solutions in the Adzopé territory, building a client base and driving usage.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential customers in the assigned area.
• Present and demonstrate Orange Money services, convincing prospects to adopt the solution.
• Develop and maintain a portfolio of clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat usage.
• Achieve defined sales targets and report progress to supervisors.
• Collaborate with the local team to coordinate promotional activities.

Required profile

• Minimum education: Baccalauréat (high school diploma) or equivalent.
• Previous experience in sales or commercial activities is an advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Dynamic, motivated and comfortable working outdoors.
• Team player with a sense of responsibility and goal orientation.

Required skills

• Excellent presentation and verbal communication.
• Ability to persuade and close sales.
• Basic literacy in French (the working language).
