Finance Business Partner – Strategic Finance Leader

About the role

The Finance Business Partner acts as the financial eyes for the site, supporting the CSD and Finance organization. You will provide insights, analysis and strategic guidance to drive performance, cost efficiency and the Next Level program.

Key responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, rolling forecasts and variance analysis for the plant, focusing on material variances such as absorption loss, scrap and raw‑material yield.
• Monitor and control manufacturing and supply‑chain costs, including energy, maintenance, labor, overheads and logistics KPIs.
• Partner with site leadership to identify investment opportunities, assess project feasibility, ROI and advise on short‑ and long‑term decisions.
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards and KPI trackers covering manufacturing, supply‑chain and balance‑sheet reconciliation (spare parts, inventories).
• Manage internal and external audits, CAPEX requests, inventory, spare‑parts and accounts payable to optimise cash flow.

Required profile

• Solid experience in project/program management and operational excellence within a manufacturing or supply‑chain environment.
• Strong background working with large data sets, financial modeling and drawing actionable conclusions.
• Servant‑leadership mindset with the ability to coach, mentor and collaborate across functions.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SAP
• Advanced Excel skills
• Power BI for reporting and dashboards
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 systems such as MES
