Formateur/Expert en Mécanique Industrielle – Côte d’Ivoire

About the role

Trust Africa is seeking a Formateur/Expert in Industrial Mechanics to deliver high‑impact training to maintenance technicians and workshop leaders across Côte d’Ivoire. The mission is to raise technical competence, improve equipment reliability and boost production performance in key local industries.

Key responsibilities

• Teach reading of mechanical drawings and functional analysis of industrial equipment.
• Deliver preventive and corrective maintenance techniques for mechanical assets.
• Provide training on hydraulic and pneumatic industrial systems.
• Introduce basic machining and welding methods applied to maintenance tasks.
• Guide participants in using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS/GMAO).
• Raise awareness of industrial safety standards and accident‑prevention measures.

Required profile

• Bac+2/3 in industrial mechanics, maintenance engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in mechanical industrial maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of applicable industrial safety regulations.
• Experience with equipment used in agro‑food, brewing, cement and similar sectors in Côte d’Ivoire.
• Excellent pedagogical skills and intercultural communication.
