About the role

The Portfolio Manager will report to the Head of Treasury and Financial Asset Management and will be responsible for overseeing the company’s securities portfolio. This role involves active market participation, regulatory compliance, and risk management to support the organization’s investment objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the company’s securities portfolio, including equities, indices, currencies, derivatives, and interest‑rate instruments.
• Conduct financial market monitoring and track the performance of held securities.
• Participate in market operations for equities, indices, foreign exchange, derivatives, and interest‑rate products.
• Identify renewal needs for securities and other financial assets.
• Ensure compliance with investment regulations and internal policies.
• Evaluate and mitigate investment risks and analyze profitability of placements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (BAC+2/3) in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering with a finance focus, or actuarial studies.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an accountant, investment manager, or credit analyst.
• Strong understanding of treasury functions and asset management processes.
• Ability to organize work to meet deadlines and production targets.
• Familiarity with the institution’s structure and performance indicators.
