About the role
We are seeking an ambitious Head of Fleet Business Development to drive the growth of our fleet operations across Côte d’Ivoire and Senegal. In this senior position you will secure financing for fleet partners, manage key relationships and support local teams to ensure operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and secure external financing to support local fleet partners.
- Manage partner relationships and lead negotiations to achieve business targets.
- Lead and support local fleet managers in a cross‑functional environment.
- Oversee day‑to‑day fleet operations and contribute to their development.
Required profile
- Proven experience in finance, investments, investor relations or working with funds.
- Team management experience with the ability to lead cross‑functional teams.
- Strong analytical abilities and capacity to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Willingness to travel for business as required.
- Additional advantage: background in consulting or technology companies, or international work/educational experience.
