Network Optimization Manager

About the role

The Network Optimization Manager leads the effort to improve mobile network quality for customers. This role combines technical oversight of optimization activities with direct ownership of customer complaints and stakeholder reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary interface for customer network‑quality issues and manage complaint resolution.
• Lead and develop the Network Optimization team, ensuring effective collaboration with RAN and other technical experts.
• Drive network quality improvement initiatives, including refarming and swap projects.
• Produce high‑level reports for customers and internal stakeholders, providing visibility into performance and progress.
• Oversee outsourced delivery, guaranteeing compliance with acceptance criteria, work‑order turnaround times, and safety regulations.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in mobile network optimization.
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing a team or leading a program.
• Strong English communication skills; French is a significant advantage.
• Proven ability to work under high pressure and manage customer relationships.
