Regional General Manager – UEMOA

About the role

Capimoney is seeking a results‑driven Regional General Manager to lead its commercial expansion across the UEMOA region. Reporting to the Head of Growth and sitting on the COMEX, you will shape regional strategy, drive market performance and build high‑performing country teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute the commercial go‑to‑market plan for each UEMOA country.
• Recruit, coach and develop Country General Managers and Commercial Team Leads.
• Implement performance‑management systems, KPIs and reporting frameworks.
• Identify regulatory and licensing opportunities and lead compliance initiatives.
• Forge strategic partnerships with financial institutions, payment providers and key ecosystem players.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Finance and Compliance to ensure sustainable growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior commercial leadership roles within emerging markets.
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision‑making.
• Track record of building and scaling cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.
