About the role

The company is seeking a dynamic Marketing and Sales Manager to lead its commercial strategy in the agro‑food sector. Based in Abidjan, you will be responsible for shaping brand positioning, launching new products and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

Define and implement the overall marketing and sales strategy.
Analyse market trends, competition and consumer behavior in the food industry.
Lead new product development and brand positioning initiatives.
Oversee communication, promotional activities and commercial campaigns.
Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
Monitor commercial performance indicators and recommend corrective actions.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree (BAC+2 to BAC+5) in Marketing, Commerce or Management.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the agro‑food sector.
Strong knowledge of distribution channels (large retail, detail, export).
Excellent analytical, negotiation and communication abilities.
Proven leadership and initiative.
