Secrétaire / Assistante de Direction

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Secretary / Executive Assistant to support the General Management and project teams of a growing construction and civil engineering firm in Yopougon, Abidjan. The role provides essential administrative and coordination services to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the director’s calendar, schedule meetings, and organize travel arrangements.
• Prepare, proofread, and file correspondence, reports, and project documents.
• Handle incoming calls, visitors, and external communications with professionalism.
• Coordinate with technical and administrative staff to facilitate information flow.
• Maintain confidential records and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• Minimum Bac+2 (e.g., BTS in Office Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field).
• Proven experience in a similar secretarial or executive support role, preferably within the construction or civil engineering sector.
• Fluent written and spoken French; professional English is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to work under pressure.
• Immediate availability or short notice.
