Stage de qualification – Agent de sécurité privée (ASP)

About the role

RADIANT ASSISTANCE SECURITY is seeking 15 trainees for a professional qualification internship as Private Security Agents (ASP) at its site in AGBAN Village, Abidjan. The internship lasts three months, with the possibility of extension based on performance.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure the safety of assigned premises.
• Control access points and verify visitor credentials.
• Prevent incidents and intervene when necessary.
• Prepare detailed incident and surveillance reports.

Required profile

• Age between 25 and 40 years.
• Minimum height of 1.70 m and weight around 70 kg.
• At least a secondary school education (class of 3rd grade).
• Ability to read, write and draft reports.
• Good moral standing and excellent physical condition.
• Residence in or near Abidjan (e.g., Adjamé, Cocody, II Plateaux, Angré).
• Minimum one year of experience in security, supported by a certificate.

Required skills

What we offer

• Stipend ranging from 75,000 to 85,000 XOF per month, based on competence.
• Opportunity for contract renewal up to a total of 12 months.
• Requirement to provide proof of permanent residence during the internship.
