About the role

This 3‑to‑6‑month internship offers a hands‑on experience in accounting and financial analysis within a consultancy that supports SMEs and mid‑size companies in financing strategies and training.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze client financial health and financing needs.
• Assist in preparing loan dossiers and business plans.
• Participate in designing and delivering training modules (in‑person and remote).
• Handle logistics and follow‑up for training sessions.
• Create pedagogical materials such as case studies and practical exercises.
• Conduct competitive benchmarking and data analysis.
• Draft synthesis notes and activity reports.
• Enter accounting documents into the system.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+4 or Bac+5) in Management, Finance, Banking or Audit.
• Recent graduate (less than 2 years experience) or final‑year student with immediate availability.
• Residence in Grand‑Bassam or nearby communes.
• Strong analytical mindset, rigor, professional discretion and good writing skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
