Supply Chain Manager

About the role

The Supply Chain Manager will oversee planning, sourcing, movement and availability of all materials required by the company. Working closely with internal departments and external stakeholders, the role ensures that resources are delivered in the right quantities, at the right time, while driving cost‑effectiveness and supplier performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual procurement plan aligned with budgeting and strategic objectives.
• Design long‑term supply‑chain strategies, identify and qualify new suppliers, and negotiate contracts and payment terms.
• Manage third‑party freight forwarders and warehouse operations to guarantee timely, damage‑free deliveries.
• Track and analyse key metrics such as Order Cycle Time, OTIF delivery rate, inventory turnover and transport cost per unit.
• Identify bottlenecks, market fluctuations and risks, and create robust contingency plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum 8 years of supply‑chain experience, including at least 4 years in a managerial position.
• Professional certifications such as Certified Purchasing Professional (CPP) or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) are advantageous.
