Supply Chain Supervisor – Mining Projects

About the role

The Supply Chain Supervisor will support mining and construction projects by ensuring the Procurement, Warehouse and Logistics teams operate with high standards of quality, cost efficiency and availability. This role requires strong coordination across equipment, maintenance, planning, technical, financial and production functions.

Key responsibilities

• Guide the Procurement, Warehouse and Logistics teams to meet project needs and company standards.
• Coordinate forecasting, contracts, purchasing, exporting, transportation, importing, receipt of goods and inventory management.
• Plan and monitor interactions with internal stakeholders and external suppliers/service providers to minimise risk and meet deadlines.
• Ensure all supply‑chain processes comply with corporate policies and methodologies.

Required profile

• Technical or higher education in Management, Procurement or Logistics.
• Experience in mining projects is preferred.
• Solid knowledge of procurement, warehouse, logistics and related financial indicators.
• Proficiency in SAP.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Leadership, strong analytical abilities and results orientation.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
