Technician – Maintenance & Installation

About the role

The Technician will join the sales team at KATSU Headquarters, reporting directly to the Sales Manager. This role focuses on ensuring the reliability of client installations through preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as installing tracking beacons in vehicles.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical and electronic installations.
• Install beacons and related equipment in client vehicles.
• Complete detailed intervention reports and prepare weekly status reports.
• Support the hierarchy with any additional tasks related to the function.

Required profile

• Diploma (BAC+2/3) in electrical engineering, electronics, or a recognized electrician training program.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar technical role.
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction and safety standards.
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and maintain a professional appearance.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design, poster creation, and video editing (considered an asset).
