About the role

INOVATEC is seeking a skilled Climate Technician to support the expansion of its HVAC services across its sites in Abidjan. The role involves installing, commissioning, and maintaining a wide range of air‑conditioning and refrigeration systems for commercial and industrial customers.

Key responsibilities

• Install, commission and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on split systems (wall, cassette, cabinet), VRV, air handling units (CTA), ducted (gainable), rooftop, chilled‑water, and positive/negative cold rooms.
• Carry out piping installation, position and secure units, condensers, tubes and electrical cabling for HVAC installations.
• Diagnose faults, troubleshoot and repair equipment to minimise downtime.
• Complete intervention logs and ensure rapid response to service requests.
• Follow established safety and procedural guidelines while working under pressure.

Required profile

• Minimum BTS in Energy Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in refrigeration and air‑conditioning installation and maintenance, especially with VRV systems.
• DAIKIN VRV training certification is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work methodically, adhere to procedures and handle pressure situations.
