About the role

EVEN MEDIA INTERACTIVE, a French company operating in Abidjan for seven years, is looking for enthusiastic interns to join its call‑center team. You will handle both inbound and outbound calls for various clients and partners after completing a comprehensive training program.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and initiate outbound calls as required.
• Provide information, resolve queries, and promote services in French.
• Document interactions accurately in the company’s system.
• Handle objections and negotiate sales opportunities.
• Maintain a professional and courteous tone throughout all communications.

Required profile

• Excellent oral communication in French, including local Ivorian expressions.
• Strong diction and clear speech.
• Ability to work under pressure in a 24/7 call‑center environment.
• High availability for flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends.
• Positive attitude, empathy, and good listening skills.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with standard computer tools.
