About the role
The After Sales Commercial Representative manages customer relationships after the sale, ensuring satisfaction and driving revenue through service contracts, maintenance agreements, spare parts, and warranty extensions. This role serves as a key liaison between customers, service teams, and finance to support business growth and retention.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- Promote and sell service contracts, maintenance agreements, spare parts, repairs, and warranty extensions.
- Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities to maximize revenue growth.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers and follow up for closure.
- Coordinate with service and technical teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Monitor service contract performance and manage customer renewals.
- Support invoicing, collections, and payment follow‑up in coordination with Finance.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities within the CRM system.
- Prepare periodic reports on sales performance, customer feedback, renewals, and collections.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Engineering or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in after‑sales, customer service, commercial operations, sales support or account management.
- Experience in HVAC, power generation, industrial equipment, electro‑mechanical, construction or engineering industries is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation and commercial skills.
