Mining Technology Representative

About the role
The Mining Technology Representative will drive sales of Caterpillar's MineStar Solutions across the North Africa region, working closely with dealers and mining customers to deliver technology that improves safety and productivity.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, develop and close new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Prepare commercial proposals, quotations and negotiate contracts with customers and dealers.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting using Salesforce CRM.
- Gather customer and dealer feedback to inform product development and service improvements.
- Represent Caterpillar at industry events and trade associations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, mining engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 4 years of experience selling mining technology solutions.
- Strong understanding of surface and/or underground mining operations.
- Fluent in English and French, both written and verbal.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM for pipeline management and forecasting.
