Agent Quality Officer

About the role

Wave is building a cashless Africa and needs a dedicated Agent Quality Officer to ensure its agent network delivers reliable, compliant service. Based in Abidjan, you will travel across the country to audit agents, verify documentation, and report on field performance.

Key responsibilities

• Visit assigned Wave agents regularly and conduct on‑site audits.
• Verify agents’ compliance with the code of conduct and completeness of required documentation.
• Inspect agency environments to identify concerns and improvement opportunities.
• Write concise post‑visit reports summarizing findings and recommendations.
• Investigate field team adherence to processes and policies through direct observation.
• Disclose any competing interests or conflicts related to specific Wave points.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar field‑based quality, compliance, or audit role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Internal Control or a related discipline.
• Fluency in English and French with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and flexibility.
• Ability to think analytically and adapt quickly to changing conditions.
