Analysis and Operations Support Coordinator

About the role

The Analysis and Operations Support Coordinator (AOSC) is a key member of CARE’s Security, Operational Access, and Risk Unit (SOAR). Reporting to the Director of Analysis and Resilience Operations, the role ensures smooth delivery of global security services, incident response, travel safety and operational support across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead initial response to incidents and crises, classify events, notify stakeholders and follow SOPs.
• Monitor global events, conduct research and produce analytical products such as threat assessments, scenario analysis and security reports.
• Provide operational support for travel risk management, process travel requests, issue safety guidance and update travel advisories.
• Support VSOC processes, drive digitalization, train new colleagues and manage mass communications and SharePoint resources.

Required profile

• Degree in international relations, security risk, crisis management or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Willingness to work outside normal business hours for crisis response.
• Strong research, analysis and written communication abilities.

• Microsoft Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• General administration and office duties.
