About the role

WAGSystems is looking for a motivated Human Resources Assistant to join its team for a professional immersion or thesis‑support internship. The role offers hands‑on exposure to core HR processes within a fast‑growing ICT environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the HR team in daily administrative tasks and documentation.
• Assist in maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
• Help prepare reports related to recruitment, onboarding, and training activities.
• Participate in the preparation of internal communications and HR announcements.
• Contribute to the implementation of basic HR projects under supervision.

Required profile

• Higher education level (BAC+2 to BAC+5) in Human Resources or a related field from a recognized engineering school.
• Strong desire to learn and develop professional competencies.
• Good understanding of basic HR management processes.
• Comfortable using office tools and general computer applications.
• Knowledge of labor legislation is a plus.
• Ability to cover travel expenses or reside near the Cocody‑Bingerville area.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
