About the role

MOOBICOM Africa, a 360° advertising agency, is looking for two enthusiastic Human Resources Assistant interns to support its HR department in Abidjan. This internship offers hands‑on experience in daily personnel management and recruitment within a dynamic, digital‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

Assist the HR manager with day‑to‑day personnel administration tasks.
Support the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening applications, and coordinating interview schedules.
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
Help with onboarding activities and employee communication.

Required profile

Minimum Bac+2 (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong interest in HR functions and a willingness to learn on the job.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
