ATL Marketing Supervisor – Abidjan

About the role

We are looking for an ATL Marketing Supervisor to lead our above‑the‑line and digital marketing activities in Abidjan. You will shape the brand’s presence, drive high‑impact campaigns and manage a local marketing team while aligning with the global strategy of oraimo.

Key responsibilities

• Develop annual, quarterly and monthly marketing plans based on the oraimo HQ strategy and local market insights.
• Lead the planning and execution of ATL channels (outdoor, radio, events) and digital channels (social media, KOLs, PR) for major promotions such as Black Friday, Back to School and holiday periods.
• Manage the local marketing team, providing training, feedback and creative direction, and collaborate with sales, design and product departments to ensure brand consistency.
• Increase brand visibility across retail and online channels, building relationships with media, KOLs, campuses and partners.
• Track campaign KPIs (reach, engagement, ROI), prepare performance reports and deliver post‑campaign analysis to inform future strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in marketing, brand management or campaign execution, preferably in consumer electronics or FMCG.
• Strong knowledge of the Côte d’Ivoire market and consumer behaviour.
• Excellent project‑management, leadership and analytical abilities.
• Fluent in English and French; Chinese is a plus.
• Experience working with international brands or multicultural teams is an advantage.
