Book Keeper / Payments Specialist

About the role

As a Book Keeper / Payments Specialist you will be responsible for managing the company’s financial transactions and ensuring that records are accurate and up‑to‑date. Working closely with the finance team, you will help keep cash flow smooth and support budgeting activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and ledger maintenance.
• Process payments and invoices in a timely manner.
• Reconcile bank statements and internal accounts.
• Prepare financial reports and summary statements for management.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve financial workflows and controls.

Required profile

• Strong background in bookkeeping and finance with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience in bookkeeping and familiarity with accounting software.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
