Brands Ads Lead – Ivory Coast

About the role

Join Glovo’s Brands Ads team in Ivory Coast to drive advertising solutions that boost partner brand sales and generate incremental profit for Glovo. You will shape the local media strategy, build relationships with brands and agencies, and ensure flawless campaign execution.

Key responsibilities

• Understand the Ivory Coast media landscape and develop a localized Brands Ads strategy.
• Identify, prioritize, and acquire new prospects across FMCG, non‑endemic brands, agencies, and financial institutions.
• Educate partners on Glovo’s advertising offerings and drive sales to meet business targets.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure flawless campaign execution and monitor performance.
• Analyze campaign results, track partner progress, and continuously uncover new growth opportunities.
• Contribute to product and partnership model innovation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in management, business administration, engineering, or marketing.
• 5‑7 years of marketing or sales experience in a media agency, consumer goods company, or e‑commerce business.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and project‑management abilities.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
