Business Development Manager

About the role

The Business Development Manager will develop, maintain and grow client relationships through effective sales strategies, leading to new contracts and added value for clients. The role requires adherence to sales processes, procurement integrity and company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, operations and inside sales teams, cultivating new business.
• Lead the creation of sales strategies, win plans and go/no‑go decisions, collaborating with inside sales and operations.
• Track and share client relationship developments via call reports and sales database entries.
• Maintain client confidentiality, procurement integrity and compliance with company Identity Program.
• Lead pricing strategy development, conduct pricing reviews and prepare bid & proposal estimates.
• Negotiate sales contracts with support from operations, legal and contract groups.
• Work with sales and operations teams to assess resource availability and assemble project teams.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or higher in Engineering or Business Administration.
• 12‑15 years of global experience, with at least 5 years in a similar Business Development role.
