Business Development Partner – Côte d'Ivoire

About the role

GeoXpr is seeking an independent Business Development Partner to launch and expand its commercial activities in Côte d'Ivoire. The role is entrepreneurial, offering the chance to build a client pipeline, negotiate contracts, and potentially become a shareholder in a local subsidiary.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue business opportunities in environmental consulting, infrastructure, mining, energy, agriculture and international development.
• Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients, institutional partners and decision‑makers.
• Generate qualified leads, support commercial negotiations and work with GeoXpr’s technical team to craft competitive proposals.
• Develop a sustainable pipeline of projects and recurring business.

Required profile

• Strong entrepreneurial drive and commercial initiative.
• Established professional network in Côte d'Ivoire.
• Experience in B2B business development, consulting, engineering, infrastructure, environment or related sectors.
• Excellent communication skills in French and professional proficiency in English.
• Willingness to develop a business independently.
