Chef de Projet – Gestion de projets industriels

About the role

The Company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead projects from initiation to closure. You will be responsible for planning, budgeting, coordinating teams, and ensuring delivery within scope, time, and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Drive projects through all phases, from launch to final delivery.
• Develop detailed schedules, budgets, and action plans.
• Coordinate internal teams and external service providers.
• Monitor costs, timelines, and quality requirements.
• Identify risks, propose corrective actions, and track their implementation.
• Prepare and facilitate project meetings.
• Produce dashboards, progress reports, and performance indicators.
• Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
• Manage contractual and administrative aspects of projects.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project management methods.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (BAC+4/5) in Project Management, Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar project management role.
• Experience in industrial, construction (BTP), services or large‑scale projects is a plus.
• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum) is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Project.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with Power BI.
• Familiarity with Trello, Asana or Jira.
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
