About the role
The State-owned company is expanding its Regulation and Compliance Department and seeks a senior professional to lead the service. Reporting to the Head of the Department, the role ensures that the organization adheres to legal, regulatory and data‑privacy requirements while supervising a dedicated team.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and coordinate legal monitoring and update matrices of legal and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure strict compliance with procedures applicable to the company as defined by technical, institutional and financial authorities.
- Oversee implementation of personal data protection obligations.
- Handle matters related to land occupation and compensation.
- Supervise and guide the activities of the compliance team.
Required profile
- Master’s degree (BAC+5) in Business Law, Audit, Finance or equivalent; a compliance certification is a plus.
- Minimum five years of successful experience in a similar role within a bank, law firm, public or private organization.
