About the role

We are expanding our beverage distribution network across Côte d'Ivoire and are looking for experienced Center Managers and Store Managers to lead our commercial operations. The role involves overseeing sales activities, managing teams, and ensuring optimal stock levels to meet sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily commercial and operational activities of assigned centers or stores.
• Lead and motivate sales teams to achieve performance goals.
• Monitor inventory, coordinate replenishment, and optimize supply chain processes.
• Ensure sales targets are met and report results regularly to senior management.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Required profile

• Degree in commerce, management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial roles, preferably within distribution.
• Strong team‑leadership and organizational abilities.
• Result‑oriented, rigorous, and able to work anywhere in Côte d'Ivoire.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
