About the role

This position is focused on driving sales of commercial real‑estate projects for a leading construction and property development company in Abidjan. The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for prospective clients, guiding them through the buying process and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new clients and generate leads for commercial real‑estate projects.
• Present and sell property developments to potential buyers.
• Advise clients on project details and provide ongoing commercial follow‑up.
• Achieve defined sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Participate in promotional activities and market outreach initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years full‑time experience in sales, preferably within the real‑estate sector.
• Good understanding of the commercial property market.
• Excellent negotiation abilities and strong client‑relationship skills.
• Dynamic, autonomous, and results‑oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in English is an advantage.
