About the role

The company is looking for 15 door‑to‑door sales agents to promote Orange Business and Broadband’s FTTH (fiber‑optic) and 4G solutions in Abidjan. The role focuses on acquiring new customers, building relationships and meeting monthly sales targets. The position reports to sales supervisors and is part of the 2026 commercial strategy to improve performance.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell Orange FTTH and 4G products directly to households and businesses.
• Identify, approach and acquire new clients through door‑to‑door visits.
• Maintain initial customer relationships and ensure a high level of service.
• Achieve monthly sales objectives and contribute to the company’s commercial strategy.

Required profile

• Completed secondary education (BAC) up to BAC+3.
• Strong sales and negotiation techniques.
• Good organization, responsibility and results‑oriented mindset.
• Adaptability, confidence and a proactive attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic computer tools.
• Own a smartphone for field work.
