About the role

We are looking for an experienced Community Manager to lead our digital communication efforts for a beauty and aesthetics brand. The role involves creating engaging content, managing social media communities, and supporting brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the digital communication strategy.
• Create high‑quality visuals, videos and posts for social platforms.
• Engage and animate communities on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other networks.
• Respond to messages and comments in a timely manner.
• Monitor campaign performance and produce regular reports.
• Contribute to increasing the company’s brand awareness.

Required profile

• Dynamic, creative and proactive individual.
• Proven experience as a Community Manager.
• Strong writing skills in French.
• Excellent organizational abilities and autonomy.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Experience using Canva, CapCut and Adobe Photoshop (or equivalent).
